A fantastic opportunity for an experienced Java developer to join a leading online multinational based here in the heart of Dublin city centre. 6 month rolling contract with a broad range of project work on new technologies.
Java Developer required with 3+ years experience.
SKILLS
- Sound understanding of Object Oriented Analysis & Design principles.
- Experience of building user interfaces and applications using Java
- Knowledge of enterprise frameworks such as Spring or EJB, JAX-WS and Struts 2.0
- Recent database experience in either Oracle, or MySQL.
- Knowledge of ORMs such as Hibernate
- Experience with JavaScript frameworks such as ExtJS or JQuery.
- Thorough approach to unit testing, preferably comfortable with TDD
- Experience in working within an Agile development environment
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field, and at LEAST 3+ YEARS of experience in software development.
