JAVA DEVELOPER - BRUSSELS, BELGIUM

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

- Master Degree in ICT or related subject with minimum 7 years of ICT experience OR Bachelor Degree complemented by 12 years of professional practice in ICT.
- Mandatory minimum 7 years in Analysis/development in Java and JEE environments
- Minimum 4 years' experience is needed in SOAP/REST/Web Services, Products/Tools Application Server (Tomcat/, WebLogic)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Protocols JSON
- Minimum 5 years of Java IDE/Programming Languages
- Minimum 4 years in Eclipse (or equivalent), HTML5 and JavaScript;o Minimum 5 years' experience in Spring Framework (Spring, Spring MVC).
- Hands-on experience with at least 2 out of the following: Sonar, Jenkins, Git, JUnit, Selenium, Activiti, EHCache, ActiveMQ, logback.
- Desirable: 5 years' experience in Software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Kanban or equivalent)and Standards UML or equivalent.
- Experience with experience in Protocols HTTPS, SSL and Maven;o Experience with SQL.

DESCRIPTION OF WORK:

- Functional analysis of business requirements and business processes.
- Functional analysis and definition of user requirement.
- Technical analysis and specification of business processes, user requirements and applications.
- Design and development of applications, user interfaces, service and component models and their interfaces, Middleware components and relational databases.
- Architecture of applications, Proofs of concept Reporting & Prototyping.
- Implementation and customization of applications, databases and security defined for applications.
- Definition of test strategies, design and test of applications.
- Maintenance (corrective, adaptive and perfective) of applications.
- Technical assessment of technologies and/or related products.
- Functional and technical documentation and training.
- Support of applications (2nd/3rd tier).
- Incident Management and Problem Management.
