Highly successful Boutique Trading House looking for highly skilled Junior Java Developer with the following skills:

Multithreading and concurrency

Messaging - Corba, JMS or similar

1-2 years server side Java Development experience

You will become part of the Front Office Trading Development team, focusing on the actual trading application, improving performance of the front office systems, and creating helpful tools for the traders.

The reason for the hire is due to company success - this is a growth hire! You will have the opportunity to become a developer who specialises in automated trading and risk systems including low latency programming. You will be working on concurrent, real time, high throughput systems hence the need for candidates with exceptional multithreading and messaging knowledge.

As well as being an accomplished technologist, you will also be facing off to the traders on a daily basis, so you must demonstrate excellent communication skills.
