DESCRIPTION:

- 5-7 years of experience developing software
- Experience with Agile development, SCRUM

REQUIREMENTS:

- Spring Framework
- JEE
- Java 8
- RESTful Web Services Principles
- Maven
- Jenkins
- Hands-on UNIX knowledge

PREFERRED SKILLS:

- Knowledge in test automation frameworks such as JUnit, Spock
- Knowledge of JVM languages like Groovy, Scala, JavaScript
- Knowledge of Big Data ecosystem like Apache Kafka, Cassandra, Apache Avro, Spark, Hadoop
- Knowledge of alternate concurrency frameworks like Akka
- Knowledge of C/C++
- Experience in server type work (not web work)
- Skilled in writing Back End server code on Linux
- A background in batch and online processes is a plus
- Understanding of credit adjudication knowledge is a plus
- Experience on large scale systems also a plus
