JAVA Developer Architect (Javascript)

JAVA DEVELOPER ARCHITECT (JAVASCRIPT)

The contract is with a large consultancy to be on assignment at a client site in Brussels. The client is looking for a Java Developer Architect - JavaScript.

Tasks
. A practical approach focusing in the implementation, testing and integration of already existing reusable building blocks;
. Development of reusable components for which several departments have already expressed interest in reusing.
. Architecture and design of information systems.
. Design and development of component architecture and building blocks.
. Analysis of the integration of different information systems.
. Data analysis and Datamodelling.
. Coordination of the implementation of the technical architecture.
. Technical interface between the project leaders and the developers.
. Production of software architecture documents.
. Participation in technical working groups, progress meetings and meetings with users.
. Assistance in the testing, technical documentation, deployment, evaluation and reporting.

Skills
. Minimum 9 years experience in the specific expertise is required:
. Additionally, experience of at least 2 years in the following technologies is required:
o A JavaScript ecosystem tool (like Bower, Npm, Gulp...)
o An advanced JavaScript framework (like Angular JS, React, Ember)
o REST

. Experience with following technologies will be considered as an asset: Microservice architecture, SOA architecture, Spring, Vaadin, Event sourcing
