Job Title: Java Developer/Analyst Programmer (Logistics)
Location: Eindhoven, Netherlands
Duration: 6 months
Rate: €450-500

We are currently seeking candidates for a Java Developer/Analyst Programmer for a 6 month contract opportunity based in Eindhoven, Netherlands.

Java, Spring, Struts, Hibernate, Weblogic.

Logistics and supply chain experience preferred.

Programmer Analyst

JOB FUNCTION
Develop computer programs with moderate level of complexity based on detailed functional requirements.
Configure, build, and test the application or technical architecture components.
Follow good security coding practices to ensure the application is free of most common coding vulnerabilities.
React to problems and correct as necessary.
Evaluate and increase effectiveness of applications.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
Bachelor degree or equivalent experience in Computer science/related discipline .
3-5+ years experience in system analysis and application development.
2+ years experience with relevant software engineering technology (Java J2EE, Struts, Spring, Hibernate, XML, HTML, Oracle, SQL, Weblogic). Knowledge of additional technologies is desirable.
Experience with structured Software Development Lifecycle
Analytical and problem solving
Strong written and oral communication techniques. (English required)
Time management.
Teamwork and takes initiative.
Tools: Eclipse, Toad,
Logistics and supply chain experience preferred.

English language skills essential, both written and oral, candidates must be eligible/happy to be based in Eindhoven, Netherlands.
