Java Developer/Analyst - Openlink - Oracle - SQL - Banking - Switzerla

JAVA DEVELOPER, required to work on a project within a major Bank in Switzerland.

PURPOSE OF THE JOB:

To support the business area in designing, implementing and maintaining business user and departmental business applications. To guide and assist users with their development of business tools and to customize package business applications using internal Scripting languages and to develop business applications, tools and interfaces.

SKILLS:

- Excellent programming skills in Java. C# useful.
- Knowledge of Oracle/SQL required.
- Strong knowledge of financial instruments and Banking Business.
- A hands-on, practical approach.
- Solid writing skills including the ability to write system and user documentation in English.
- Experience with Openlink Managers, including, Trading Manager, Operations Manager, Services Manager, Reference Manager and Admin Manager. IDE: Eclipse

WORK EXPERIENCE:

- Experience developing customizations for OpenLink's Findur application using AVS/JVS/Tookit/OpenComponents.

LOCATION: Basel - Switzerland
START: ASAP or January 2019
DURATION: Initial 6 months contract (evtl. option for extension)
