JAVA DEVELOPER - TDD - JVM TUNING - SCRUM/KANBAN - SWITZERLAND - 65-75CHF PER HOUR - 12 MONTHS WITH EXTENSION
Java Developer is required for an initial 12 month project with one our customers in Switzerland
The successful Java Developer must be heavily focused on Back End development, holding strong experience with Test Driven Development, JVM Tuning and experience of working with Agile Practices, namely Scrum/Kanban.
FULL QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
Test Driven Development & Design
Experience of JVM Tuning with knowledge of Garbage collection algorithms
Agile working practice experience (Scrum/Kanban)
Experience working with JMS and other Enterprise Messaging technologies
Experience with Sybase ASE including performance improvement
Experienced using Source Control (preferably subversion)
ADVANTAGEOUS SKILLSETS:
Experience with C++ would be advantageous
Experience and knowledge of financial products, specifically FC and OTC derivatives would be preferred
