ConSol Partners' client is a leading global software company looking for a Java Developer on a 12 months extendable contract in Utrecht Netherlands.

JOB TITLE: Java Developer

LOCATION: Utrecht Netherlands

LENGTH: 6 months extendable Contract

LANGUAGES: English Fluent and Dutch business level

REQUIREMENTS:

- At least a completed HBO education preferably in the field of Informatics
- Minimum 3 years' experience as a Java developer
- Minimum 3 years' experience with Hibernate, Maven, XML, SQL, Spring framework
- Minimum 2 years' experience with Scrum (or similar)

DESCRIPTION:

- Together with the information analyst, examine the changes to be made to the application.
- Align customizations within the team.
- Looking for cooperation within the organization to successfully carry out the work.
- Independently adjust the applications and test them in the development environment.
- Investigate and resolve application issues and malfunctions.
- Contribute to the development and application of Continuous Integration builds and deployment pipelines if requested.
- Contribute to the development and application of Continuous Delivery, Agile development and DevOps if applicable.
- Proposes proposals for improvement and contributes ICT solutions on ICT issues.
- The candidate provides good and accessible documentation of the work and for guaranteeing the knowledge of the employees involved.
- During and at the latest before the termination of the assignment, the candidate will ensure a structured transfer of the completed work.
