Java Developer

Note: This is an urgent requirement with an immediate start date.

We are partnered with a global company who are looking for a Senior Developer to join their Amsterdam office.

KEY SKILLS:

- Strong Experienced in Java using Java 8, Spring Boot, Spring frameworks such as Spring Batch and Apache Kafka.
- Strong Experience in HTTP, REST API's and JSON is a must;
- Experience working in an Agile environment with a DevOps setup.
- Experience in enterprise application Integration (XML, XSD, WSDL, XSLT, XPATH, JMS, SOAP)
- Good Knowledge of NoSQL Database like Cassandra;
- Good knowledge of Scripting like Shell etc.
- Preferred additional knowledge on Finance;
- Excellent communication skills in English (Min. B2 level);
- Strong analytical skills, proactivity and willingness to share knowledge with others.
- Is passionate about new technologies, and who regards a technical problem as a challenge you are eager to take on.

YOU SHOULD HAVE:

- A University degree in Computer Science;
- Minimum 10 years of software development experience in order to be able to efficiently design and develop and maintain code in a complex environment;
- Minimum 3 years' experience in designing, building and maintaining APIs.
