Customer: Public sector Luxembourg
Location: Waterloo
Duration: 9 months
Description:
We've implemented an application (Java, Spring, Hibernate, GWT) that manages the preparation of the Luxembourg public budget.
This application in mainly used by the central administration.
For the 2019 budget (elaborated in 2018), they would like to integrate the budget of decentralized administrations, using a communication protocol basing on MS Office (Excel) files.
This protocol would enable the decentralized administration to exchange budget proposal with the central administration, which would be directly parsed and integrated within our system.
Therefore they want us to analyze the feasibility, elaborate the protocole and implement the exchange and integration functionality.
The developer will collaborate with 1 analyst and 1 architect but should be 100% autonomous implementing the system.
Expertize:
- Mainly Back End expertise is mandatory (Java, Spring, Hibernate, Camel, Rest, SOAP, RDBMS, SQL, etc.)
- Knowledge of Camel, Quartz and/or POI is a good point
- Able to find technical solutions to specific issues
