Java Developer

JAVA DEVELOPER - AMSTERDAM/CONTRACT - FREELANCE

Montash are currently working with a global market leader in Amsterdam who is looking to grow their Software Development team, with 2 additional Java Developers.

ROLE: Java Developer Required.

As a Java Developer you will need to have strong knowledge of Java application development using Spring. You will comfortable mentoring and supporting team members.

The Java Developer will be developing a micro-service driven platform, working on automated tests and contributing to the growth of a company. As such, fluency in written and spoken English is essential, as is the ability to work in a cross-functional team with product owners, Front End developers and designers.

To summarise as a Java Developer you will need:

- Excellent Java experience - using Spring framework
- Experience of working in an Agile environment
- Technology stack - JEE (NoSQL - MongoDB/Cassandra), Hibernate & Docker
- Multiple Cloud provider experience (Google, Amazon, Azure)
- Build management, CI/CD

We are looking for a Java Developer to be based in Amsterdam, you will be required onsite for 4/5 days per week. Please ensure this will work for you before submission.
