Java Developer

For an Air Traffic Management client, Eurocity is looking for 2 new consultants for a JAVA DEVELOPER position for a one year contract renewable on a yearly base as our client has a preference for candidates interested in long term contracts.

REQUIRED:

Experience with Object Oriented Analysis, design and programming

Extensive Java knowledge

Extensive GUI design experience

Experience with unit testing

Experience with GWT/Sencha GTX or Swing. Or acceptable:

- Good knowledge of GWT and some knowledge/experience with Java Fat client technology such as Swing, AWT or JavaFX
- Good knowledge of Java Swing and some knowledge about the principles of web development with Ajax

Experience in mission critical application development

NICE TO HAVE:

Experience with application Servers including BEA Weblogic or similar

Experience with open source tools based on Java, Web 2.0 technologies and IDE like Eclipse

Experience with GIT, Gradle

Experience with Spring Cloud configuration, ActiveMQ, Logstash, ElasticSearch, Kibana, Gerrit, Cucumber
