Senior Java Developer - 6 month contract/Brussels
My customer, an International Bank based in Brussels, is currently looking for a Senior Java Developer to work on a 6 month contract, starting ASAP.
The main function of this contract is the development and maintenance of standalone and web applications.
You would be involved in the complete life cycle of application development, from specifications to delivery. You would need to fully understand the needs of clients in complex IT Solutions as well as fully collaborating with IT teams in Brussels.
In order to be considered for this role, you need to have experience in the below areas:
- at least 5 years' experience in Java Development
- Spring and Tomcat experience
- JavaScript
- strong knowledge of Swing, Maven, Vaadin, jQuery, Angular JS etc.......
This role offered a strong rate and opportunity to work in an international environment, occasionally travelling to Paris and London.
This is an English speaking role but language skills in French or Dutch would be a huge advantage.
