Java Developer

One of my Dutch clients are currently looking for Java Developer for a contract for based in Amsterdam.

The Java Developer will be responsible for the following

- Refining
- Designing
- Developing/programming the functionality
- Testing
- Quality Assurance
- Aftercare

The Java Developer will ideally have the following skills and experiences

- Software engineering experience in large organizations;
- You are able to develop efficient and maintainable code in a complex environment.
- Advanced knowledge of Java 7/8, Elastic, REST API;
- Knowledge of Continues Delivery and Continues Integration
- Knowledge of Gnu/Linux, Web and Application Servers, Databases
- Familiarity with tools like Confluence, Fortify, Git, GitLab, Jenkins, Maven, Selenium, etc;
- Experience with Agile/Scrum and DevOps;
- Knowledge of Scala is a plus
- Experience of working on high volume systems is a plus
