Java Developer

Roc Search's Client is currently recruiting for Java Developer based in Sweden on a contract basis.

Job Description:
A competent Java Technical Lead with 7+ years of experience and having sound technical knowledge on Java/J2EE, EJB, JSF, JMS. Should possess excellent verbal & written communication skills.

Key activities will be as below:
*To technically lead the projects through all stages of the life cycle, including responsibility for requirements capture, design, development and acceptance testing
*To attend daily status calls with customer and share project updates
*To provide estimates to the Change Requests or any Enhancement projects
*To produce high quality technical documentation (HLD/LLD)
*To help team in removing their roadblocks in Change Requests implementation & resolution of Support tickets
*To ensure SLAs are met for support tickets
*To identify problems/issues with the current application and carry out root cause analysis of the same for their permanent fix
*To coach/mentor junior members in the team
*To undertake development tasks without supervision, including design & coding
*To monitor team's progress and provide updates to the Project Manager
*To understand and apply a formal quality process in project implementations

*EJB 1.2
*JAXB
*Spring (Scheduler, MVC etc.)
*SQL, DB2
*ANT
*JUNIT
*IBM MQ

Contract duration: 6 months +
