Java Developer

We are currently recruiting for a Java Developer for a long-term contract position based in Lucerne.

This role involves the design and implementation of new functionality for Client Tax Reporting

Your main responsibilities will be:

*Development of Java business logic components with EJB, JPA, JMS
*Development of Java User Interfaces with JSF
*Prepare and execute unit and system tests
*Technical documentation of all delivered artifacts
*Analysis and fixing of defects and test environment issues
*Create solution proposals and estimations

For this position you will need the following skills and experience/knowledge:

*Fluent in German and English.
*6 years plus Java Development experience
*EJB 3.x, JSF 2.x, JMS, JPA, JUnit, SQL, XML, Web-Services
*Design patterns (certification desirable)
*Experience with agile and test driven development
*Eclipse IDE, SVN
*Oracle DB, Linux/Unix Shell, Corba, Maven, Ant, Weblogic
*Agile methodologies (scrum/iterative, JIRA, stories)
