My Client a Global financial organisation are currently seeking a Java Developer with the following skills.
Mandatory skills and experience:
* University degree in Information Technology, natural sciences or engineering
* Practical experience in architecture, design and development of standard & enterprise Java applications (>= 2 years)
* Solid professional experience within the following technologies:
- Frameworks Hibernate, Spring
- Servlet Containers Tomcat, IBM WebSphere, or others
- Object Oriented Analysis and design techniques
- UML usage, design patterns, enterprise design patterns
- Relational Databases PostgreSQL, DB2, or others
- Test Frameworks JUnit, or others
- JSF experience preferred
The following interpersonal skills are essential:
- Fluent in English
- Flexibility and willingness to work in a dynamic environment with customer driven projects
- Willingness to work in Germany depending on project needs
- Enjoy working in a team
- Enjoy grasping and extending functional knowledge
The following skills are desirable but not essential:
- Technical experience with trading solutions
- General experience with the Energy-/Commodities Markets
