Java Developer

Our Client, a global technology company with operations in Leixlip, County Kildare, require a JAVA WEB SERVICES DEVELOPER to join their team on a contract basis. The role will require the development and testing of .NET based applications to support this worldwide project.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Support Web service development in the SDA Ecosystem to Optimize data end to end and ensure data quality and availability is there.
- Optimize data end to end and ensure data quality and availability is there via focusing on web services developmentSSL/https:, Maven, Eclipse
- Cobertura, JQuery, JSON, Drools Engine (Guvnor Portal), SonarCube (Code review tool)

REQUIREMENTS:

- Strong experience working with tools such as Eclipse, Maven, Hudson and Subversion.
- Hands-on software design and development experience using Java.
- Experience with full software development life cycle
- Understanding and practice of modern software development methodologies
- Understanding and practice of modern software development life cycle tools.
- Understanding of Software Test methodologies and testing tools.
