Currently I am working with a leading Financial Services company based in Dublin city centre, who are recruiting for a Java Developer for a daily rate contract role.
In this role the Developer/Analyst will gather requirements, document and develop functionality using Service-Now.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop Import Sets for Data Integration
Business Analysis and creating workflow diagrams
Create and monitor performance metrics
Create ad hoc reports and reporting schedules
Work with IT service owners, process owners and various service delivery groups
Work with diverse and potentially demanding business customers in a professional and courteous manner
Ability to develop and support applications with minimal intervention
KEY SKILLS:
Strong JavaScript Experience
Web Services Integration Experience
Experience in handling XML files
The ideal candidate should have a fundamental understanding of IT service management and the ITIL business processes.
