Java Developer

Java Developer- Cambridge- £250- £300 My Client is a leading Media company, seeking a Java Developer, to come on board and work alongside a busy team of developers (Java, Javascript, C/C++) The ideal candidate must have: * Strong experience in Java is essential as the ideal candidate will need to hit the ground running (J2EE, Servlets JSP, JSF, JDBC) * Must have experience with full development Life Cycle, (Proposal, requirement analysis, design, development, testing, deployment and support) * Experienced in Server Side Development, particularly large scale applications * Experience of working with sever technologies on Apache, Tomcat, * Experience with Web Services * Experience of working with TCP/ IP, HTTP, Linux, * Must be technically strong and can write good code and follows best practice * Agile/ Scrum environment Desirables: * Experience in Gaming * Experience of working AWS, Amazon Elasticbeanstalk or EC2 (Simple would also be advantageous) * Strong knowledge of Spring * Real-time/ concurrent programming * Previous experience of cloud computing or MapReduce Location:Cambridge Rate: £250-£300 Duration: 3-6 Months If you are interested then please sent over a copy of your most recent CV, alternatively you can call me on 0207 469 5255 for further details.
