Java Developer

Yoh has a contract opportunity for a JAVA DEVELOPER to join our client in Raleigh, NC.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

- JAVA Developer to be onsite in Cary, NC (position eventually to move to downtown Raleigh) some travel may be required to Charlotte.
- Make required Java object modifications using IBM Rational Application Developer (RAD) following team standards.
- Modify/develop Java processes for Training applications according to requirements documentation.
- Java/J2EE application and interface development of training function systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues reported during Testing Phase.

Job Qualifications:

- Five+ (5) years of experience with Java/J2EE application development.
- Experience using IBM Rational Application Developer (RAD 7.0.x).
- Experience coding SQL for Oracle 11g database.
- Familiar with WebSphere Application Server (WAS) 6.1.
- Working knowledge of Linux (OS) is preferred.
- Familiarity with M/S Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.).
- Demonstrated strong teamwork, interpersonal and communications skills.
- Demonstrated strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
