Overtime: straight time - 5+ years Java experience
- Expertise required in the following areas: Java, J2EE, JSF, Rational Application Developer (RAD 7.5/8), WebSphere Application Server (WAS), JUNIT, XML, MQ, web services, JavaScript, Struts
- Strong understanding of various RDBMS like Oracle, DB2, SQL Server etc.
- Strong SQL programming skills with ability to write SQL statements and tune existing SQL for better performance
- Ability to develop and implement the technical specification
- Experience with CVS, Clearcase (or other Software Configuration Versioning tool)
- Strong analytical capabilities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills a must
- Ability to organize, plan and implement work assignments, juggle competing demands and work under pressure of frequent and tight deadlines
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or similar preferred
