Java Developer

Currently we are seeking a well-rounded Java developer with good experience in Java enterprise applications on a contractual basis to work with one of our government client.

TECHNOLOGIES:

- Years of experience in Object-Oriented programming and specifically with Java JDK 5+
- Vaadin/experience with Java UI frameworks/libraries
- Java EE Servlet spec (must)
- Experience with databases, especially in SQL. Experience with Oracle databases is a plus.
- At least a good understanding of JDBC

HIGHLY DESIRABLE

- Web services implementation with REST with libraries like JAX-RS, JAXB, Jackson, Gson
- Dependency injection (Spring, CDI, Guice)
- Experience with unit testing with libraries like JUnit
- Experience with Maven

DESIRABLE:

- Java Persistence - JPA 2.0
- Spring framework, Java EE stack, etc.
