OUR CLIENT IS A LEADING FUND AND ASSET MANAGEMENT COMPANY SEEKING TO RECRUIT A JAVA DEVELOPER TO JOIN THEIR TEAM IN GALWAY ON AN INITIAL 6 MONTH CONTRACT BASIS.
JOB/OPPORTUNITY:
- Development of Java, Javascript Reports
- Development of Dashboards using HTML 5 and Javascript (using D3 toolkit)
- Work on various aspects of BI and reporting, Middleware development
- Small development Enhancement requests as assigned. Activities will include requirements analysis (determining the size and scope), development and testing.
- Extensive knowledge of Javascript toolkits specifically D3.
- Work coordination between US and China Teams
SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:
- Degree qualified in IT, Engineering or related discipline
- 5+ years experience in HTML5, Javascript, AJAX
- Knowledge of D3, DOJO, JQuery
- Knowledge on DATAMART's and OLAP will be added advantage
- Good oral and written skills.
- Should have strong analytical, presentation, documentation and reporting skills
- Should have decent exposure in working with global teams
- Knowledge of quality processes
- Worked on AGILE based.
