- Strong hands-on ability

- Experience working as a team lead within a fast paced Agile environment
- Agile Development principles TDD, Scrum
-J2EE/Database and enterprise class multi-tiered systems
-Web Service design in a SOA environment (SOAP and REST)
-Messaging architectures (JMS, ActiveMQ desirable)
-XML, JSON, XSD, XSLT
-Java, Spring v2, Hibernate v3, Apache CXF (JAX-RS), Camel
