Due to ongoing expansion and new contracts, my client has an opportunity for an additional Java J2EE developer to join their busy, friendly, innovative team.

This is an exciting opportunity for an individual to make an impact on the award winning product, which is used by major organisations world-wide.

The key responsibilities of the role are:-
* Design and development of new functionality following Intetech processes and architectural standards
* Working with the in-house test team
* Deploying the company's software products onto clients systems
* Ongoing support & maintenance of software products implemented at clients

The ideal candidate would have experience of continuous development and enhancement of software products based on the technologies listed below.

The essential skills and experience are:-
* Two years' experience of design and development of J2EE web applications in a commercial organisation
* Struts / Spring
* JSP
* JavaScript
* HTML
* SQL

The desirable skills and experience are:-
* JUnit, Eclipse
* Tomcat 6
* Spring
* PLSQL, Oracle
* JQuery
* AJAX
* Web services / XML
* Ant
* Hibernate
* Agile

As the role involves some customer interaction, a good standard of spoken and written English is needed.
