Java Clinical Data Architect

Long term contract now available for Clinical Data Architect with J2EE experience to work on a new project. This project is in the analysis phase and expected to go live in 2013. This role will largely serve in the design, development and hopefully the implementation of the software.

Requirements in descending order of need:

- 3-5 years healthcare experience, preferably in an academic medical center or large medical center technical (software development) leadership (eg Architect, Lead Developer, Team Lead).
- 5+ years J2EE development including Informatics experience (roles in Informatics Research or support for Biomedical research) with Research Informatics group, (such as: biomedical research organization, CTSA Academic Medical Center, School of Medicine, etc...).
- To be considered you should have experience with SQL, J2EE and data modelling.
- Ideal candidate will have: Informatics, CTSA, HL7, Recombinant, i2b2, NLP, Rules engine, UMLS, caBIG, data warehousing, HIE, Natural Language Processing, Cancer Registry, terminology services.
