Java/C# Developer - Fixed Income Job

JAVA C# DEVELOPER - FINANCIAL SERVICES needed for a contract opportunity with Yoh's client located in New York, NY.

THE BIG PICTURE - TOP SKILLS SHOULD YOU POSSESS:

- Java
- Fixed Income
- MBS - Mortgage Backed Securities

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- Leveraging technical skills and interacting with both traders and quants.
- Developing apps to be used for calculating risk for the MBS (Mortgage Backed Securities) trading desks.
- Providing L2 support.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

- Bachelors of Science Degree from an accredited college or university with a concentration in Computer Science or Software Engineering (or equivalent) - with a minor in Finance, Mathematics or Engineering.
- Core Java, C#, Oracle, Shell Scripts and Linux/UNIX skills.
- Experience with LISP (especially Clojure), Fixed Income, and Git are desired.
- Good communication skills and an ability to be a self-starter.
- Front Office development experience is desired.
