Equity Analytic IT is a front office development team involved with market data capture, order/execution capture, equity analytics, post trade and trading cost analytics technology for Global equity markets within the Equity business. This role will be part of the Equity Analytic IT team delivering front office technology, responsible for supporting and driving specific business focused market data capture and equity analytics initiatives. Main Duties Technical design, development and automated testing and delivery Work closely with business analyst, supports, other developers and project managers Ensure functional and non-functional requirements are met Support migration from existing technologies to new technologies Basic Qualifications: Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience 6+ years of experience developing JAVA analytics 4+ years of experience developing in Linux 3+ years understanding of Global markets and Equity Analytics Preferred Qualifications: High frequency/low latency data development Very large data set development Experience in Big Data(Apache Hadoop, MapReduce, HBase and etc.) KDB+/Q Distributed and low latency computation knowledge Full application development lifecycle Proven delivery record If interested, please respond with an updated resume and a contact number you can be reached at or call Ryan at 212-707-8112.
