My client in Brussels is looking for an experienced Java/Big Data Technical Developer
Task(s) Description
- Experienced Big Data & Java Developer
- You will reinforce a big data team that is responsible for integrations based on Lily
- You will develop batch and on-line data integrations
- You will work closely with other members of the team, and share ideas creatively within this technical environment
Technical skills
Very good skills in OO Programming
Java
Experience with applications/services on unix/linux systems
Knowledge of Shell Scripting
Knowledge and experience in System/Infrastructure is an advantage
Knowledge and experience in big data
Interpersonnal skills
- is eager to learn
- is proactive and driven to achieve results
- is not afraid of new environments and challenge
- Has very good communication skills and team player
- Can understand French and Dutch and is able to communicate in English
Language skills
English, French or Dutch is a bonus.
