Java Backend Developer (m/f/d)

MY DUTIES:

-Development of a cloud-based quality management tool for tracking quality issues of the company product
-Backend extension and optimization of the IoT platform that functions as administration tool for machine data
-Development and integration of server applications with Java
-Development and integration of APIs and REST web services
-Work in an agile environment
-Direct report to the project leader

MY QUALIFICATIONS:

-Fundamental knowledge regarding software development and related processes (Agile)
-Working knowledge of software development and testing standards and techniques (Unit Tests, TDD)
-Significant experience in software development of server applications with Java (Spring boot, Tomcat)
-Strong experience in developing APIs and REST web services
-Experience in microservices architectures (Kubernetes, Docker), data structures, information retrieval, HTTP and TCP/IP
-Knowledge of relational databases, SQL, Oracle is beneficial
-Experience in Linux/Unix environments, distributed systems, performance analysis
-Affinity to design high quality and maintainable software
