Whitehall Resources are looking for a Dutch Speaking Java Application Support Consultant based in Ghent, Belgium.

The successful candidate will handle:

* Application support and maintenance
* Analysing incidents, identifying root causes, performing bug fixes
* Problem management
* Disaster recovery testing
* Configuration of application at various customer sites, application is built in Java.
* User acceptance tests
o Coordinate with business users, IT application managers, support team in India, Sweden and China,
o Communicating with support groups of neighbouring applications for resolution of incidents, bug fixes, network issues, correction in configurations
* Stakeholder management
* Client relationship management
* Long term commitment to support application
