JAVA APPLICATION DEVELOPER - BRUSSELS:
Our Brussels-based client currently seeks an experienced Java Application Developer with specific expertise in Java/J2EE and Oracle RDBMS, SQL and PL/SQL to join their team on a 6MTH rolling contract basis.
Working on the evolution of a wide range of applications and Information Systems, you will be involved in the analysis, development and integration of new applications in to an Enterprise architecture model. Your aim will be to consolidate projects in to integrated systems that can support the business in line with the general principles of the institutions IT governance.
The right Java Application Developer will have solid experience of Java, J2EE, EJB, JSP, XML and XSL. Candidates should also be able to work in all layers - presentation, object (business) and database - and have good knowledge of the design and development of web and multi-tier applications. This role requires the incumbent to have a good command of English, and knowledge of French would be beneficial (but is not essential).
This is a superb contract opportunity for a seasoned Java Application Developer, within a large and well-respected organisation that has plenty of scope to extend beyond the initial contract term. If you're interested and would like to apply please send me your CV ASAP.
