Java Application Developer

For a contract in Zurich we are looking for Java Developers

Requirements:
*Very good core Java and Advanced JEE knowhow
*Good knowledge of the Input/Output, Multithreading and Transaction Management
*Good Knowledge in Design patterns
*Good knowledge of WebServices, Hibernate or JPA
*Good understanding of the IT domain overall, with special attention for networks and distributed applications
*Good Database, modelling and SQL knowledge, preferable Oracle
*Knowledge of build tools and IDEs and knowledge of control versioning systems
*The working language is English, German speaking is not mandatory but seen as an advantage

Further requirements:
*Degree or higher education in Information Technology and/or Business/Economics or equivalent
*Good knowledge of OTC Products and general Business know-how and some years of practical experience
*Knowledge of trading and Back Office systems in international banking environment
*Familiar with iterative development styles and fast turnaround in a tight team
*Strong communication skills and good language skills in English and German
*Drive for high quality and working with other internationally oriented organizational units to achieve common goal
