They have a lot of money to invest into approx 30 projects and they now need a strong Java Agile Developer to join them to truly impact the team! As a Java Developer in this team you will be working on transforming the current software to ensure that it can respond to business needs effectively. For this reason you need to be familiar with working in an Agile, Lean environment. Candidates must have the following experience / skills to apply for the role: Solid Java Development skills (ideally from a Telco, Internet or Digital Media background) Solid Agile experience including significant TDD or BDD Full development life cycle experience from requirements gathering through to deployment and support Some evidence of drive and motivation to "get the job done" e.g. personal open source projects, took lead on a certain project etc. Some evidence to show that you can deal with change well If you tick the above boxes and you're ready for a change, this could be the role for you.
