Java/.Net Developers

My client a leading Federal Government departs is looking for 5 Mid Range Developers to join their team on an initial 9 month contract basis with extension options. The successful candidates will be experienced Midrange Developers possessing extensive experience with Java and/or .NET or have UI development skills with JQuery, Media Query, HTML 5, CSSC 3, JavaScript.

Responsibilities of the role:

- Review Functional Design documentation, user interface and data requirements and escalate potential issues or gaps
- Complete required software build changes as per Functional Design and in accordance with the Build/Test processes and build checklists
- Create or update existing technical documentation
- Assist with investigation and analysis of software development issues
- Demonstrate effective written and verbal communication skills with internal and external users
- Follow established documentation and project execution procedures
- Undertake mentoring duties within the team through;
- Knowledge and skills transfer
- Documenting own work and

To be considered for the role you must have:

- Java and/or .NET experience, OR
- Development skills with JQuery, Media Query, HTML 5, CSSC 3, or JavaScript.
- Experience with Functional Design documentation, user interface and software build changes.
- Experience with Build/Test processes.
