Java/.NET Developer with Performance Tuning Background (Charles River)

For one of our clients in the banking sector we are looking for a Java/.NET developer with Performance Tuning background.
MUST HAVE SKILLS:
- Good Java knowledge and extensive hands-on development and tuning experience (5+ years)
- Very Good .NET/C# knowledge and extensive hands-on development and tuning experience (5+ years)
- Very good knowledge of database systems (Oracle 10/11 g, MSSQL)
- Very good knowledge performance test strategies and tuning
- Very good architectural skills
- Good knowledge of SQL/PLSQL
NICE TO HAVE SKILLS:
- Knowledge of Charles River internals
- Knowledge of one of the mainstream Scripting languages (Python, Perl, etc.)
- Knowledge of other relational database systems (Progress, etc.)
- Knowledge of MQ, WebService
- Basic knowledge of Unix/Linux
