Java/.NET Developer/Lead - DUTCH speaking

Our client is looking for a Java/.NET Developer/Lead to be part of a challenging transformation project within their highly innovative environment. You would make a crucial contribution to this transformation by allocating 60% of your week to technical work, and 40% as a coach of the "chapter members"

In addition to your technical activities as IT Chapter Lead can you use your seniority to maximize the team performance (8-10 chapter members) because you excel in:

Requirements for the position of IT Chapter Lead
Your personality can be described with words like technology, ownership, team player, innovative, proactive, flexible and customer- and solution-oriented. You also have:
Strong development skills (60%), management skills (40%).
A bachelor/university degree Information Technology.
Strong analytical skills and technical insight.
Entrepreneurship and ownership.
Experience with .Net
Experience with Java/Angular (Strategic development platform) and skills to develop your team in this
Certification and/or demonstrated proficiency in one or more high level programming languages.
Proven skills with Continuous Integration and Continuous delivery tooling
CSD (Certified Scrum Developer/Engineer)
Experience with management in an Agile organization
Experience with functional control (output management)
Strong analytical skills
Experience with sending hard and soft data
You have extensive experience as an IT engineer
Relevant work experience as an IT expert in an agile organization.
We are looking for candidates who are available for a minimum of 32 hours per week

If you also have knowledge and experience with the following platforms is certainly an advantage:

Experience with Tibco BW
Experience in Cobol for our Back Office environment
Experience in Force Topicus for the application process
