Japanese Speaking -2nd Line Desktop Support - Middlesex - 6 Month Contract - ASAP

I am seeking a 2nd Line Desktop Support Contractor to start immediately on a 6 Month contract as delivering 2nd Desktop Support services to external clients. The contract will be based in Middlesex, this 2nd Line Desktop Support Contractor role will involve telephone and remote technical support for customers, investigating automated monitoring system alerts, accurately logging and updating support tickets. As part of the 2nd Line Desktop Support role you will also provide assistance to the 1st line team, via guidance, documentation. You will need to have experience with the skills detailed below and would ideally have your ITIL Foundation v3 Certification. Any 3rd Line experience would be a benefit.
