IHRE AUFGABEN:

-Responsible for providing technical support in all aspects of requirement engineering with Jama software
-Required to take ownership of technical problem, perform deep analysis and drive the problem to completion
-Responsible for continuous improvement and mantainence of custom sync scripts and home grown tool deployed in Jama software
-Coordinate and work with service manager to deliver constant technical improvements to the requirement engineering community
-Provide highly specialized and technical guidance with service manager with best practices to be followed as per industry

IHRE QUALIFIKATIONEN:

-Deep understanding of Jama Software
-Jama API
-Jama features and terminologies
-Jama application administrative and configurations (e.g. reindexing)
-Jama application server administration
-Hands-on experience in deploying and maintaining Jama software
-Experience with MSSQL database administration
-Knowledge on .Net and C# language
-Experience with Unix OS platform administration
