J2EE Senior Consultants

The contract is with a consultancy based in Brussels to be on assgnment to a large client site in The Hague, Netherlands.

The client is looking for J2EE Senior Consultants as follows:

Essential professional exp:
Min 8 years exp and proficiency in software development; min 5 years exp with Java technologies (both POJO and JEE based); min 5 years exp with application frameworks (eg. Spring Framework); min 5 years exp with JEE application Servers; min 1 year exp with Spring MVC component; min 5 years exp with Transact SQL.

Desirable exp:
3 years exp with JMS message providers (Active MQ, WebSphere, MQ); 3 years exp with WebSphere Application Server; knowledge of/exp in Object Oriented programming; knowledge of UML for capturing and transferring software design information; knowledge of test-driven based development; knowledge on design and versioning best practices for web services and how to implement them in a contract first manner; knowledge of XML, XML schema and WSDL design' knowledge of exlipse based IDEs; knowledge of Maven as a build tool; knowledge of SOA architecture and design; knowledge of iterative development methodology (eg. Scrum, MSF). Good command of English
