J2EE Developer

One of our major client is urgently looking for a J2EE Developer for a rolling contract in Veldhoven, Netherlands

The J2EE Developer will have the following experience:

* Commercial experience with Java - strong preference for Java 8, Java 6 or 7 acceptable.
* Knowledge regarding design patterns in Java
* Experience with REST and SOAP/Web Services (JAX-RS and JAX-WS respectively).
* Extensive knowledge of the "Spring" libraries and frameworks.
* Experience with Java application Servers and/or JEE Servers. eg JBoss (a.k.a Wildfly)

Nice to Have:

* Apache Maven or Gradle as a build and dependency management tool.
* Git as the source code control system.
* Atlassian tool suite that includes BitBucket/Stash, Confluence and JIRA.
* Configuration management experience with Chef, Puppet or Ansible.

Location: Veldhoven, Netherlands
Language: Fluent in English
Duration: 12 Months (with possibility of extension)
Start Date: Asap
