MY DUTIES:

- Work on Opentext Archive server and its components like Windows Viewer, Web Viewer, Document Pipeline, Enterprise scan solution and cache server
- Work on SAP document archiving configuration
- Connect with business and gather the requirements
- Propose solutions based on requirements
- Update the documentation and follow the process which includes different tools like Service now tool, HP-ALM tool, CHARM tool and google share drives
- Coordinate between Business and other functional teams
- Communicate project status to all stakeholders

MY QUALIFICATIONS:

- Experience in SAP Data archiving, Printlist archiving and monitoring
- Lead and coordinate configuration and implementation of archiving objects within the project scope according to signed off user requirements
- Customizing knowledge of new content repository in Admin client and volume creation in OS
- Experience with Opentext archive server monitoring through admin client
- Knowledge in tools like Service Now, HP-ALM, CHARM, Google share
