A Telecomms end client in London urgently require a mid level Javascript IVR/Contact Centre Administrator to contribute to a migration project at a blue chip end client. This role is a rolling contract paying a day rate of £150-200.
There is travel to client site in London 1-2 days a week and potential for working remotely from home (to be confirmed).
You will meet the following requirements:
Good experience of server based Voice Over IP Solutions
Experience of working in contact/call centre/IVR environment
Experience of call routing and trunking
Experience of making changes to Voice over IP solutions using basic SQL/XML
Able to make proactive suggestions and improvements to the client's existing training guide and processes regarding the IVR Migration
Familiarity with: PBX, Media Gateways, Codex, H23 and Call Logs
Ideally educated to Undergrad level in a computer programming, Engineering or Electronics degree
This is an excellent opportunity for a IVR Administrator to secure a rolling contract in a a Cisco Gold Partner with many blue chip clients. If interested please apply right away - the client will interview and make an offer next week at the latest.
