ITSO Smartcard Business Analyst

Our client is a Transport organisation engaged in an ITSO Smartcard Ticketing Programme. They require additional resource as Business Analyst to develop detailed business process and procedures to support the introduction of the scheme and manage the delivery of work packages from 3rd parties.

Specifically:

# Ensure senior management have a clear understanding of how their business will be affected
# Using outputs from workshops and information from suppliers, develop detailed working level procedures and processes to support implementation
# Ensure that all business requirements are properly captured
# Work with suppliers to ensure a customer focused approach is adopted when implementing these requirements
# Work with the Test Manager to develop plans and scripts for User and Operational Testing
# Analyse current structures and processes to facilitate improvement
# Identify new solutions based on developments in technology and champion the potential solutions & benefits
# Manage relationships with 3rd party suppliers and appropriate
# Lead projects to ensure successful implementation
# Work with the Training Manager to devise effective materials

Our client requires an experienced Business Analyst with experience of ITSO Smartcard ticketing and the ability to Project Manage the implementation of new processes etc.
