Projektbeschreibung

Our Client, a Large Transportation Organisation, requires an Interim ITSO Quality Manager to support their Smartcard ticketing team to in the implementation of the necessary updates, the assignment is c. 6 months with chance to be extended.

As part of the assignment the Quality Manager will be required to analyse very large amounts of complex data to determine the state of the current system and to bring about the planning and delivery of necessary updates; monitor and influence external supplier progress to ensure efficient and effective delivery, feeding back into both programme and workstream management, to ensure the ISAM business process definition, documentation and implementation is carried out, to ensure ISAMs are configured correctly and loaded with all the information needed, work with operators to ensure they understand their responsibilities in ISAM management, work with the Smartcard team on practical installations and changes to be undertaken part of their learning process.

We would like to speak with Interims who have had experience within an ITSO environment, who have implemented ITSO ISAM processes, have strong Stakeholder management and the ability to work with Spreadsheets to an advanced level. Previous experience in deriving information from very large data sets is essential.
