ITSO Manager

Our Client a large Transportation Organisation requires an Interim to Permanent Senior Systems Engineer or Analyst to Manage the co-ordination and oversee the use of ITSO across the organisation company and to ensure that ITSO is introduced and used consistently across all the different regions.

The ITSO Manager will be responsible for the monitoring of the ITSO transactions and maintain a register of all ITSO projects, managing best practice across all regions and play an integral role in building and maintaining strong business relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Liaising with the business systems team to ensure understanding all information is up to date across all the teams. The role requires a large amount of Analysis and interpreting of data as well as understanding the ITSO at a HOPS level.

I would like to speak with candidates that have a strong ITSO understanding and have a strong 'Service Management' type experience within a Ticketing environment, perhaps as a Senior Systems engineer or Analyst. Ideally you will be Degree level and also ITIL trained.
