One of our key clients is currently seeking an ITSM Workflow Developer to join their team for an initial 3-6 month contract located in North Parramatta.
The main responsibility for this role will be developing workflows within ITPAM & making sure that the workflows integrate with both the clients Service Catalogue & Service Desk tools.
Requirements:
- Working knowledge of Service Catalogue
- In depth of ITPAM (IT Process Automation Management)
- Exposure to Service Desk and how the above two integrates with Service Desk.
- Experience in using and developing within ITSM tools preferably with CA TECHNOLOGIES, but will consider experience with other ITSM providers.
- Good experience with JavaScript, SQL and web service
