WHAT WILL I BE DOING?
I require a senior IT/Management consultant who has strong ServiceDesk design and modelling experience rather than detailed process design and analysis.
The successful candidate will be an ITIL V3 expert and:
- Senior Service Desk and Service Management analyst with strong cost saving focus
- In-depth knowledge of IT Service Desk management (ITIL) and IT service management frameworks
- Experience in planning, design and implementation of Service Desk models/organizations in larger enterprises

Headquartered in Oslo, Norway, my client is a Global agricultural organisation who employ over 12,000 employees in 50 countries worldwide.
